Advanced Casting CODE OF CONDUCT :: It is expected that everyone will carry themselves in a professional manner. You represent yourself as well as us here at Advanced Casting & Talent (ACT inc).This is a job from the moment you check in until you are wrapped by the AD.You are not released until the AD or PA says you are wrapped. You must not ’self checkout’. Do not just leave.. you must check out individually with the AD. Get official out time, take a photo of your completed contract.You will be removed from our books if you leave set before you are officially wrapped. You also run the risk of not receiving any overtime (if there was any) since there is no proof you were there to receive it.Things come up on set that are unknown going in. If you have any ailments, allergies, tattoos, phobias, pregnancy, scars .. anything .. that your profile photo or profile notes does not make apparent.. anything that could alter the creative process, you must let us know before you accept this job. We can then discuss reasonable accommodations ahead of time. Please cover any tattoos.Do not call, text, email anyone on the production team for any reason (that includes numbers on the map). Any calls, texts, emails go to me please @ 818-497-0935 // lauraskill@mac.com.Do not call or text another BG member without their consentCall time is work time. Do not be late, Breakfast ordering and eating must be finished at call time. Arrive early to enjoy.Please keep talking on set to a minimum if at all .. no full blown conversations. No talking on your cell phone on set.There is no sleeping, appearing to sleep, lounging in holding or on set. No laying down. Keep in mind this is a job even when you are not shooting. Production provides chairs in the holding area .. Do not bring your own.The holding area is still a work area. A simple coat to keep warm for in between shots is ok and encouraged as long as it is simple and easy to take on and off . NO FULL SWEATS, SWEATSHIRTS, UGGS ETC.. or anything that takes time. This is a courtesy.Do not change out of your assigned work wardrobe until an AD tells you to change. Do not assume or listen to other BG .. they could be wrong. We need to know if you have tattoos or other body markings before you accept this booking.If you have a tattoo(s) that is visible in most general wardrobe specs, this needs to be addressed before you accept this booking. You should have artist releases for any showing tattoos.You should look like the photo we have on file.This is especially important with hair color, facial hair, weight loss or gain. Any severe changes to your hair style or general appearance.NO POSTINGS TO SOCIAL MEDIA OF ANY KIND.. FACEBOOK // X // INSTAGRAM ETC. ANY MENTION OR PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE PRODUCT OR THE LOCATION IN REFERENCE TO THE BOOKED JOB IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT.No photos taken on set ever .. no photos of principal talent or set.Please only bring to set what is asked for, Avoid bringing cash to set. Have those docs on your phone instead of the actual paper. Keep electronics at home. Lock up your car and cover any items that could be desirable. Just be smart. No matter how much security there is, sometimes things happen just happen.
